The Effects of Work-Life Balance on Employee Well-Being
Abstract
This research investigates the relationship between work-life balance and employee well-being. Through surveys and qualitative interviews, the study reveals that flexible work arrangements contribute to higher levels of job satisfaction and lower stress. The findings highlight the importance of implementing policies that support work-life balance as a means of enhancing employee morale and productivity.
