Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee retention rates in various industries. By conducting surveys and analyzing turnover data, the findings indicate that higher levels of job satisfaction correlate with lower turnover rates. The study emphasizes the importance of creating a positive work environment and implementing employee development programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
