Digital Transformation of Business Management and Entrepreneurial Performance
Abstract
This research aims to study the role of digital transformation in business management and its direct and indirect impact on the entrepreneurial performance of institutions. With the acceleration of technological development, digital transformation has become a key factor in enhancing efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness, which contributes to improving the entrepreneurial performance of institutions in a business environment characterized by continuous change. A random sample of university professors at the University of Kufa was selected, and the data was tested and analyzed using multiple statistical methods such as regression analysis and structural modeling. The research reached multiple conclusions, the most important of which is that digital transformation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, as it enables institutions to adapt to rapid changes in the market and achieve excellence.
