Impact of Technology on Social Economy in Brazil
Abstract
This research investigates the influence of technological advancements on the social economy in Brazil. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative case studies of successful social enterprises. Findings reveal that technology facilitates greater access to resources, enhances operational efficiency, and fosters innovation in social business models. However, the study also highlights significant challenges, including the digital divide that limits technology access for marginalized populations. Recommendations include policies aimed at improving digital literacy and infrastructure to ensure equitable technology distribution. This research contributes to understanding the intersection of technology and social economy, offering insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to harness technology for social good.
