The Influence of Urban Green Spaces on Psychic Phenomena in Brazilian Cities

Abstract

This study explores the influence of urban green spaces on the occurrence of psychic phenomena in major Brazilian cities. The research is grounded in the hypothesis that exposure to nature enhances psychic sensitivity and intuitive capabilities. Through surveys and field studies in various urban parks, the research analyzes participants' experiences related to intuition, ESP, and other psychic phenomena. The findings reveal a positive correlation between time spent in green spaces and reported instances of psychic experiences. Additionally, thematic analysis uncovers factors such as reduced stress levels and enhanced creativity that contribute to this relationship. The study advocates for the integration of green spaces in urban planning as a means to promote not only environmental sustainability but also the exploration of human consciousness. By shedding light on the connection between nature and psychic experiences, this research contributes to both environmental psychology and parapsychology, offering insights for urban planners and mental health professionals alike.
