Abstract

This research examines the economic impact of health disparities on workforce productivity in developing countries. By analyzing health data and productivity metrics, the study reveals that poor health outcomes disproportionately affect marginalized populations, leading to decreased productivity and increased healthcare costs. The findings underscore the need for targeted interventions to address health disparities and improve overall workforce productivity.
